  10. HISTORY
  11.  39.24 on some systems (locales) the time string created by 
  12.        dos.library/DateToStr() doesn't contain seconds, PrtMan
  13.        didn't take care of this when drawing the listview contents.
  14.        When available, tbiclass (VisualPrefs and titlebar_ic.lha)
  15.        is used to draw the iconifyimage. Thanks to Francis Labrie for
  16.        the bug report.
